Personal Interests

Music

I am a free-lance trombonist in the metro Maryland/DC area and play a King 2B, Bach 42K,  and a Bach 50B2O bass. Some of the groups in which I play are the Crabtowne Big Band, Rockville Concert Band, Rockville Dixie Rascals, Starvation Army Band, the Rock-'n-ville Jazz Ensemble, and the Horn Point Horns with Them Eastport Oyster Boys.  Since June 2000, the Dixie Rascals have recorded and released 2 CDs of live performances at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Chevy Chase United Methodist Church.  Check out the Dixie Rascals' audio page for details. The Crabtowne Big Band and Epiphany Episcopal Church also recently completed recording sessions resulting in 3 CDs.  Here are some excerpts from all of them in MP3 format:

Golf

My passion for over 25 years - I play primarily with The Gruesome at "The Courses at Ft. Meade", but I also belong to a fun golf league, the Potomac Golf Association, and host both their web sites here on SoftComca.Com (www.myhosting.com).
